At Trackcraft Industries, customer satisfaction and product quality are important to us. Due to the nature of fabricated and built-to-order performance products, please review the following policy carefully before placing an order.
Built-To-Order Products
Many Trackcraft Industries products are manufactured in small production batches or built to order. Processing and fabrication lead times may vary depending on order volume and product availability.
Returns
Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery on unused and uninstalled products in original condition.
Returned items must:
- Be unused and uninstalled
- Include all original components and hardware
- Be free of damage, modification, or signs of installation
- Be returned in original packaging when possible
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or order error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Installed or used products
- Modified or custom-drilled components
- Custom or special-order products
- Clearance or discounted items
- Products damaged during installation
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Trackcraft Industries within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged product.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to production or shipment. Once production has started, cancellation requests may be subject to fees depending on manufacturing progress and material allocation.
Fitment & Installation
Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle compatibility and installation requirements before ordering. Professional installation is recommended for all performance and aerodynamic components.
