Order Processing

Many Trackcraft Industries products are fabricated in small production batches or built to order. Please allow approximately 1–3 weeks for production and fulfillment unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • Order volume
  • Material availability
  • Production scheduling
  • Product configuration

Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once an order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping

Trackcraft Industries currently ships within the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or provided as flat-rate shipping depending on product type and package size.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary by product and destination. Customers outside the United States may contact Trackcraft Industries directly for shipping inquiries and custom quotes.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges associated with international shipments.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect packages immediately upon delivery.

If your shipment arrives damaged:

  • Contact Trackcraft Industries within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the packaging and damaged product
  • Retain all original packaging materials when possible

Failure to report shipping damage promptly may affect claim eligibility.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Trackcraft Industries is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses or incomplete customer information.

Delivery Delays

Carrier delays may occasionally occur due to:
